Title: Annoying 'feature?'

If I make a mistake and have to resend/share/forward a topic or reply from the forum I always get the following popup:

The last topic sent from your IP was less than 60 seconds ago. Please try again later.

But all you have to do is wait 60 seconds right?  That's not really that long is it?

That's part of the security software making it hard for a robot to crash the site by sending requests too quickly.
