I just wanted to mention, if anyone is interested, that the Canon IPF 8400-8300 series, and probably the smaller models, have a built in media setting that works great with both uncoated as well as coated kozo. It can be found under fine art media and is called "Japanese Art Papers".
I've made icc profiles for the Awagami coated kozo papers using it and it works really well for color and bw.
