What you see here is not a fog -- it's a cloud that rolled over forest on a mountain side, not far from the top, about 1.5km above see level (and the see some 10 kms from that place).
The green tint it picked was amazing, and the whole experience was quite surreal (the clouds were coming and going); I'm afraid I did not manage to convey it all properly, I could only stop the car for less than a minute...

I find it quite stunning. Very effective.

Thanks Eric.
On that "could only stop the car for less than a minute"...
It was in a National park to which only up to 10 cars a day are allowed, and you can't walk into it at all! Our guide went into quite some length explaining how walking tourists manage to do even more harm than cars...
Anyway, our car was going first that day, and we were very wary of next car overtaking us, because we did not want them to spook the animals; we didn't let that happen, and were rewarded by seeing wild sow with piglets, a hare etc.
The downside was that, alas, all my photography that day was very rushed...
