Title: Canon ipf6300 - Will Updating Media Types Overwrite Existing?
Post by: John Hollenberg on June 19, 2016, 08:11:46 pm
I want to update media types for my Canon ipf6300, but am concerned that "Premium Semi Gloss Paper" (which I have already used to make a custom profile for Epson Premium Luster) could be overwritten.  Does anyone know if this will be a problem?

I received an email from Scott Martin, showing that my original media type "Premium SemiGlossy Paper 280" and the new media type "Premium SemiGlossy Paper 2 280" are both shown in his list of media types on his Canon ipf6300.  Time to update media types!
