Qualified Epson printers: R800, R1800, R2400, R2880, R3000, Photo 2200, Artisan 1400 & 1430; Stylus Pro 3800/3880, 4000, 4800/4880.
All Epson needs is the serial number from this printer to send you a check for the $50.  No need to send the printer itself.
