B&H (or similar) suddenly does not ship to EU ?

Hi,

I assume Kamera-Express can not (will not) give you some estimate (for the 1DX Mark II, they have the 1DX in stock), or do they have too many pre-orders for the Mark II to fill first? Otherwise I'd indeed try B&H, although they might also have too many pre-orders to help you in a reasonable term. Maybe, although unlikely, CPS can do something with a loaner?
