A couple of shots from a a few hours of entertainment by the river.
I do enjoy the ice season for photography but it is good to feel a bit of warmth in the air.

I like these, Chuck.
Do you mind telling me what shutter speeds you used? I expect they were pretty fast, as there is lots of fine detail.

Good series. I prefer #1, the water is almost zig-zaging, plus the warmer colours of the rocks.

Eric and Paulo - thanks for the feedback. Most of what I have been shooting lately is for my own enjoyment but I often find it doesn't click with others.
Eric - I think 1/8 on the first and 1/350 on 2 & 3. I have a bit of a fascination with catching the details in flowing water.

Thanks for sharing. they are all gorgeous with some fascinating patterns. The almost blurred, gentle swirl of small wavelets in the first one keeps drawing my attention. Thanks for the shutter speed (I was going to ask about the first shot). They could all be blow up to 1 x 1 metre.
