Title: Bird Reserve Is Going To Sleep
Post by: biker on May 01, 2016, 03:58:20 pm
There are birdhouses for some kinds of waterbirds. In the last year there were also three sea eagles (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White-tailed_eagle) residing at this place. Tried to get some pictures but it was completely beyond limits of my equipment. :(
The saturation of this picture was beefed up a bit and I hope it's not overdone.

Not for me, the shadows are almost pastel.

Have a Nice Day.

I rather like the post-processing. Yes, the tone-mapping is really crunched in the shadows, but our brains create a scene by crunching down the 20 stops or so to fewer stops.

And I like the photo as a whole.

Thanks a lot!

(Attaching the original camera JPEG (+/- 0EV) that explains why the PP was needed...)
