Hello,
When trying to finally subscribe, I'm being told that my PayPal payment cannot be processed, and the attempt to pay by credit card also fails, as
nothing happens once I conclude the transaction. All I can see is the little rotating busy-icon. Any ideas what's going on?

Most likely you are having a foreign credit card issue. On the bottom right corner of the screen is a help button. Please click that and then explain the problem you are having. Our support group will help you out.
