Title: The Watchmen at Sunset, in Cappadocia (Turkey)
Post by: Vieri Bottazzini on April 19, 2016, 05:02:58 pm
The Hoodoos and Fairy Chimney of Cappadocia, in Turkey, have the most extraordinary shapes, from elegant and elongated to sturdy and tough-looking. More, they are often located in particular, almost "strategic" places, like these standing like watchmen at dusk, looking over the valley to keep it safe.

With the Pentax 645D and the glorious Pentax 67 45mm - great lens, if a bit bulky! Thank you for viewing, best

Good shot. I would crop to exclude the rightmost hoodoo.
