Title: Hasselblad 350mm f/4
Post by: gavincato on March 24, 2016, 09:19:34 pm
hey guys

I must be bored, but was looking to get a 300-400mm and before i buy the pentax version was curious if anyone has any samples from the blad 350mm f/4? it seems to be pretty rare to put it mildly. I have quite a soft spot for the blad/zeiss stuff but don't know too much about it.

cheers

Gav

Hello Gav,

I have lots of samples...but not a lot of time.....if you send me a PM with your email, I can try to send you some via DropBox...if you like. Prepping them for LL format is a waste of my time, I'm afraid.

I've used this lens (both C and CF...) for many-many years. Very humbling. Revealing. And with MFDB's, sometimes surprising.

Let me know your feelings...

Cheers,

Hank

Am I wrong? The 350mm f4 was only made as an F and later as an FE lens, the C and CF 350mm were f5.6 I understood.

The 350mm f/4 lens has no shutter and was designed for use with the focal lane shutter Hasselblads. There was no C nor CF version of the 350mm f/4. I have used the lens with the S2 successfully with heavy tripod and 1/500 sec.
