Title: Capture One Workspace Sync - location on a Mac?

Hi, I've been syncing my workspaces and other settings between my iMac and Macbook. I've just upgraded the iMac and can't remember where the folder is (in the Library?) that C1 saves workspaces and other settings in. Any help would be appreciated!

For others that might see this that are working across platform... Note that the workspace file is not portable between Mac and PC.  I have 2 instances of C1 on PC and one on Mac and I can't just copy the workspace file from the PC to the Mac, I have to reset it up.
