Title: New computer. Can't sign in to LULA

Just built a new PC. My login info will not login to Lula.  Cannot reset password either. Neither my login or the email address are on file. I keep getting the same "User name is incorrect" message although obviously, my old computer, and my current laptop, will log in with no problem. What has to be reset on my account to get this working on a new machine?

Check the help button on the bottom right of the home page.  That will connect you with our web team and they can get you fixed right away.
