Title: Mamiya 645DF + V lenses

I am planning to buy Mamiya DM22 645DF
Can I use Hasselblad V lenses?

Mamiya 645DF + phase one P25 + V lenses
Would it work?

Phase One makes an adapter, see link below that allows attachment of V lenses to the 645 camera mount.  You still might check with a local dealer or regional dealer to make sure that the lens you want to use will work.
