Title: Is Photoshop touch screen ready? How to make it work? Is there a solution?

I can edit in Lightroom with touching the screen. Works fine. However when I open up photoshop the cursor disappears when I try to edit with my fingers or a pen.

How can I make photoshop work with my pc? Is there a solution? Thanks!

You might want to provide some info on your computer setup, versions of PS, LR, etc otherwise people will be totally guessing
