does anyone now, if the physical size of the backs are different? I thought that all IQ backs are the same design, but somehow the IQ3 100 looks bigger...so I thought maybe the Wifi Module in the Series 2 und Series 3 are making a slight design change?
so wondering if there is any size or form difference between IQ1 and IQ3 or IQ small sensor vs full sensor?

This (http://www.getdpi.com/forum/medium-format-systems-and-digital-backs/57312-iq3-100mp-technical-camera-tests-color-cast-mazing-artifact-tiling-issue-dr-etc.html#post676370) image appears to confirm a difference in the size of digital backs.

I saw that and wondered, but couldn't find any specs. it doesn't matter, but still prefer smaller backs...

All IQ backs have the same physical dimensions with the only difference being in the front mounts e.g M, V or H which have different shapes to fit the different bodies.

IQ backs tapers a little bit towards the LCD side, so placing it next to another one might give that impression, however they are all of the same dimension

yashima,

Yes, it is placement of the front of one back next to the rear of another that creates the impression of dissimilar size. Thank you.
