Title: Hiking in Oklahoma
Post by: rgs on January 02, 2016, 04:34:25 pm
I came accross this excellent list of hiking trails in Oklahoma and want to pass it on.  (http://www.onlyinyourstate.com/oklahoma/hiking-spots-ok/) I hope the list will be valuable to those visiting Oklahoma - or just passing through and wondering if a stop is worthwhile.

Oklahoma is much more interesting that many people from other parts of the US realize and I like to share it with others. My first piece of advice to visitors is always to get off of the interstates and look around. I'm posting a few of my own images of the state. I have tried to post a variety of images because the landscape here is so diverse. Hope everyone enjoys these.

Lovely! Much better than merely OK (couldn't resist: sorry  ;)).

A revelation to those of us who know it only as a title of a musical (or as part of a crossword clue).
