Title: Christmas Eve, Yosemite Valley
Post by: Mjollnir on December 28, 2015, 09:26:44 am
Well, our plans for a big SW tour fell through, so at the last minute we figured, "What the Hell, a storm is forecast for Yosemite, so let's risk it."

Arrived around 1600 hours w/little light left to shoot, but the snow level was down to just above Oakhurst and Mariposa, and it snowed from the time we saw the first of it on the ground to well after we went to sleep, paying BIG dividends the next morning.

A most welcoming sight in a storm.

Nice!
Of course now that there is snow I'm spending my time in the Bay Area.  I can't wait to SKI!
Regards,
Hugh
