It will be a must have thingie for  millennials (whoever they are) and hipsters for a solid five minutes and then the next toy will come along and it'll be forgotten about except by the meeja industry who might find it useful in ensuring they have even less to do with smelly photographers.

I think it's fascinating stuff. The kinds of image making it'll lead to will likely, however, push hard at the boundaries of what we currently consider "photography." Which is okay…those boundaries have always been in motion.
