After 5 minutes, no email to reset so i don't have to create a new account to subscribe. Is there an issue ?
Also noticing banner size issues under chrome on ios with top forum banner on ipad

Working on this. Transferring databases. I'll respond back once we have it fixed.

I was trying to login to the forum on my smartphone and it kept rejecting my password...thought I was going potty but looks like an authentication issue whilst the transitioning completes.
Typing this on my tablet which was set to login never expire, which I forgot to do on the phone.

Yes, log in with your email address where you would normally put your user name.
Worked for me.
Edit - At first, with Safari, it did not work, putting the username in. I tried Google chrome and it did work.
In Google Chrome, I change my password to the same password then shut both browsers down. Re-opened Safari and entered my email address where the username was and it worked. FWIW/YMMV

Sadly not for me, at least I am here on an alternate device.
For the record the browser is Chrome with Android lollipop os,.

Cannot see help button other in the upper black bar....no button elsewhere???
PS FWIW I do not want to do a password reset because will dump me on my current usable status on this device.

OK will find that on the phone.
But I know why no help button.....only there in portrait not landscape orientation!
Edit cleared the browser cache did not solve it.

I too just tried to log in using my email address and password, to no avail (error message indicated that one or the other was not recognized). After trying and failing several times (including an attempted password reset, but again my email address was not recognized), I sent a message via the help box and am waiting to hear back...

OK, I got a quick response from the site's IT support, who set up an account for me which in turn allowed me to log in and select a new password. So far, so good... Thanks!

I added to my report to them about the help button.
Got a response at 03:56am GMT thanking me though mo mention of what bit the thx was for but now 08:00 and no update!
Edit - just thought I would try again on the phone and noted the login now specifically says forum members should use their email not username.
I surmise(?) my only option might be to do a password reset but loath to at the moment in case I get frozen out with no way to post feedback?
