Title: Image file names not showing.

All of a sudden the image file names do not change when moving my cursor over the thumbnails in the 'film strip view'.  Is this a bug in 2015.3 release.  I just installed this release a couple days ago.

  No bug here 6.3 perpetual Win7 64bit.

  Try rebooting machine.

I've rebooted both my iMac (10.11.1) and the application and it's still acting the same.
