I've been buying the VJ issue by issue so I'm current with issue 14.  Is there a subscription option that starts at 15 that I'm not seeing?

Yep. Try a renewal starting with Issue 15 (http://www.luminous-landscape.com/zencart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4&products_id=52)
