This is a Think Tank Photo Glass Taxi Backpack (Black/Gray) in mint condition as described here on the B&H website (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/847266-REG/Think_Tank_190_Glass_Taxi_Bblack_Gray.html). The bag is clean inside and out, and has no tears, rips, snags or signs of wear. It comes "as new" with all interior dividers/padding, straps, and rain cover, in the original retail bag (see photos). I used it on one photo trip and it's been in the original plastic bag on my bag shelf since then. I've sold my DSLR gear and big lenses, so I don't need this bag any longer.
