(Velvet Button White-tail Buck Yearling)

Both are great but I prefect the first one, the background blur helps to focus on the essential.

I thought I was going to see a selfie. ;) but instead a fine image of a deer. The first one is very nice and the second is worthy too. :)

Very handsome deer. I like the first one for the creamy bokeh, and I like the detail in the deer's eyes in the second one.

Both are fine for me.
Have a Nice Day.

The first one stands out as one of the better deer portraits that I have seen. Well done.

I prefer the first, for the reasons others have mentioned. Perhaps it's a little too tightly cropped?
