Title: Question about uploaded image size

PS reports image size as 3 m. Presuming 3 m means 3 mb, this is well below
the upload limit of 4096 kb. However my file is rejected as too large. Is my math
wrong?

Never mind. Pulled one of my stupid mind tricks. All worked out.
