Title: Hot shoe flash on Sony A7rII?

I'll be upgrading pretty soon from my Canon 5D MKII and I've been eyeing the Sony. I do lots of event work, and I haven't seem much, pro or con, regarding flash application. Is flash work with the A7rII basically a non-starter at this point?

From what I can see Sony has several different flash units of various sizes.
They are just as functional as those from Canon or Nikon.

I can only suggest doing the research to see if they suit the purpose or not.
