Title: Photographing the image of a laser ranger
Post by: Lundberg02 on September 16, 2015, 02:07:18 am
I have a Bushnell Scout laser ranger which is a 6x scope in effect. I would like to take a picture of its image with a Fujifilm F600EXR.  A toilet paper roll fits the camera perfectly. With camera lens extended all the way it is about 1 3/8 long. Not sure where the sensor image plane is inside the camera of course unless it's marked and I haven't noticed it. The eye relief of the ranger is basically right at the eyecup. Any guesses as to the length of tube?
