Little bit of an emergency...printer is dead as a door nail. Canon tech support closed for the weekend and I'm supposed to make some prints for a client. I don't see any mention of fuses in the manual. Any suggestions?? Thanks

If you haven't tried unplugging it for 30 sec. or so this is worth a try. My iPF 5000 of the past responded to this a couple of times after playing dead.

Yes, tried that..didn't work

There are no user-replaceable fuses, and if a blown one is found it usually reflects a deeper problem, eg overheating in one or both heads. But generally an error message will be generated prior to failure. Any messages seen recently?

No, no error messages at all. I did have a brief power outage in my house a couple of days ago but that's never been a problem before. And it's always plugged into a surge protector.
