Can anyone suggest fall color locations or maybe a book for locations?

Babcock State Park if you're into grist mills.

Try Blackwater Falls, Elakala Falls, Lindy Point, Canaan Valley, and Dolly Sods. Make your hotel reservations now as this area fills up in Sept & Oct.
