Title: Adobe's "DC" option
Post by: Rick Popham on July 29, 2015, 08:24:06 pm
I just ran across the new offering for Acrobat -- "DC".

https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/pricing/pricing.html?cmpgn=sembrandbuy&sdid=KARFP&s_kwcid=AL!3085!3!77549337382!b!!g!!adobe%20%2Bacrobat%208&ef_id=VOIaXQAABHrg1UbQ:20150730001342:s

It seems that more than a few of us have been asking for this option since the death of CS and were told it was just not possible.  Now it's a great new feature!

That could be useful. Do you know what "DC" means and how the features may differ from the regular Acrobat Pro 9 or 11 we are accustomed to?

Well, the "DC" stands for Document Cloud, I guess.  I was referring more to the choice of a subscription OR a perpetual license.

The new 'DC' reader is horrible. Wasting screen space, lost the easy way to see just one page at a time............... uninstalled here.
