What are some good books on Landscape Photography Composition?

I think it is like any other subject as far as composition goes.  Reduce it down to basic artistic principles of line, shape, texture and color.   Typically landscape had depth of field that extends from foreground to background, but you can break that rule.

I started with John Shaw books about 20 years ago.  Recommend you look at some landscape photographers you like and then se if they have books.

Some of the books my local library acquired (http://forum.luminous-landscape.com/index.php?topic=73133.40):

"The Art, Science, and Craft of Great Landscape Photography"

"The Essence of Photography: Seeing and Creativity"

Whether they're good books for you depends so much on you, that it really helps to look at a wide variety of books.

As others have said, kind of depends on how in depth you want to get. If you're trying to teach yourself how to see, and how it works in the frame, then the basics of art may be the way to go.
Some selections from painting that can give you insight into the visual language of image making:

Pictorial Composition and the Critical Judgment of Pictures by Henry Rankin Poore
Treatise on Landscape Painting by Andre Lhote
The Art of Composition  by Michel Jacobs
Pictorial Composition by Michael John Angel
Notes of a Painter by Henri Matisse
Lectures on Landscape by John Ruskin
An Essay on Landscape Painting by Shio Sakanishi, Kuo Hsi

I'm not one to read books on photography but this is the one book that I bought. It was recommended to me by a more experienced lady and a very very good photographer.

It is not limited to landscapes alone, it will make you think about why certain photos feel right and some feel wrong.

Every time I read the book, I realize how minor a role the equipment plays in the grand scheme of photography for fun.

I think you are looking for "The Photographer's Eye: Composition and Design for Better Digital Photos"
by Michael Freeman. This is accessible and well thought out. See the  350 reviews on Amazon.

I have been working through the Freeman books recently, and am pleasantly surprised at how he recaps basic art principles as applied to photography.

I would love to read books on the cultural history of landscape photography.

One I found to be excellent and I purchased for a friend getting into photography is the one by Art Wolfe "The New Art of Photographing Nature: An Updated Guide to Composing Stunning Images of Animals, Nature, and Landscapes". Very well written and the images are excellent and illustrative of the points being made.

It is one of very few books on landscape photography that I have bought that was not a complete waste of money. Highly recommend this book.
