Capture One Pro 8.3.2 was released today (http://captureoneblog.com/capture-one-8-3-2-released-support-for-canon-5ds5ds-r-tethering-support-for-canon-760d-750d-and-bug-fixes/).

Camera support
• Preliminary File and tethering support: Canon 5DS/5DS R
• Tethering support: Canon EOS 750D/REBEL T6i/EOS Kiss X8i
• Tethering support: Canon EOS 760D/REBEL T6s/EOS 8000D

Bug fixes
• (Win) Fixed: Clean up of cache after removing files
• (Win) Fixed: Scaling issue with Color Editor
• (Win) Fixed: An issue that affects drag and drop functionality with Windows 8 and Windows 10 after installing security update KB3072633

• (Mac) Fixed: An issue where some documents failed to load

• (Win/Mac) Miscellaneous minor fixes

I downloaded and tryed it, tethering working with the 5dsr now.Happy.
