Title: Alpa LCF Lens correction files

I am trying to use the Alpa website LCF lens correction files for the first  time, but cannot seem to get them to Photoshop to use them. Does anyone know the steps to get them to Photoshop, and once there, what program do you use? I assume there is a lens correction App from Alpa somewhere.
