Leaf Aptus II 10 digital back with charger and 4 Lexmar 4000 mAh Batteries, Leaf Soft Case of back, $6800.
THIS BACK HAS A TRADE IN VALUE OF $9000 toward a new Leaf digital back
This is your last chance to purchase this back at a very good price. I will be taking it off the market soon. If you are contemplating the purchase of a new Leaf back, buying this should be a no brainer.
I am the original owner, 27,600 actuations. Back works as new. Sensor glass immaculate. There are some minor scuffs on the body from storing the back in a hard, sealed OXO plastic container. Screen in excellent condition.
The back can be package the with a Mamiya AFD II and 80mm lens in excellent condition for $7600.
The Aptus II 10 has a 56x36 size sensor with 9334 x 6000 active pixels, 12 stop dynamic range, with 16 bits per channel color depth. It has a 3.5" screen, with 100% view, over and under exposure, histogram, ability to display images in black and white, and many choices for setting up the back and viewing files. You can also select a development curve for the original master. This great feature is not available on newer Credo backs.
The Aptus II 10 is a very cost effective choice compared to the IQ and Credo 60 mega pixel backs and produces comparable image quality. Can make beautiful 40x60 prints from the large sensor.
I have 100% rating on Ebay for approximately 150 sales and purchases I have made over the years for my photography and film business.
I will accept paypal (must pay Paypal fee) for U.S. and Canadian sales and consider overseas sales on a case by case basis.
Thanks, Drew Harty

Drew,
I'm surprised you haven't sold this camera. I had one and loved it. I still miss the wide aspect ration and ability to use the Lenmar nearly 8000 mAh batteries (mounted outside not internally)which meant I could use a battery 2-3 days in a row with out changing--loved it. The first morning I shot with this model I produced a sunrise that printed 43"x 8 feet for an interior decorator client. It's a fantastic camera for anyone thinking of getting a great DB. I don't know Glen but do know this is a bargain for a great back.

Thanks for the good words about the Aptus II 10 digital back. I am a little surprised there hasn't been more interest as well. Capture Integration has a couple used for $12900. I think people are drawn to the new Credo and Phase IQ 60 mega pixels backs which are nice, but the Aptus II 10 has all their basic functionality plus almost identical picture quality. The large sensor is definitely great for making large prints and for focusing when tilting or swinging the lens on a view camera.

I am tempted but as far as I can see there is no warranty or is there?
-
I would guarantee the back to be working upon delivery, but there would be no additional warranty. If you live near upstate, NY, I would be willing to meet you in the region so you could test the back in person. I have never had any problems with the operation of the Aptus II 10 back.
Thanks,
Drew Harty

So sad that isn't in EU ;/

I would give you a return period on the back. If it does not work properly you could return it for a full refund plus the cost of shipping. There would be no return available if the back is working properly. It would not be an evaluation period to see if you like the performance of the back.
That makes it a safe purchase for you. Remember the back has a $9000 trade in value toward a new Leaf Credo back.

Thanks, that sound reasonably good. I am just afraid about the extra taxes/duty which means extra 30% for me.

I think it may be a bit wide for me. A 28mm lens is like 65mm in 4x5 terms, 35mm is like 80mm in 4x5 terms
