I can also recommend the book

Light Science and Magic: An Introduction to Photographic Lighting
by Fil Hunter, Steven Biver, Paul Fuqua

It taught me a lot about reflected light and how to use it or remove it.

Fully recommended. Excellent summary of what I was taught in my training for becoming a licensed professional photographer many moons ago.

Cheers,
