Title: LR6 and GPS coordinates in maps?

Since I use LR 6 my maps appears of line!
In LR 5 no problems. Loaded the old LR 5 lrcat no problem. Any suggestion or is this a LR 6 BUG?

Hi Robert
I am Using the stand-alone version LR 6 on Windows 7. With LR 5.7 no problem. Testen with old cat and version. 5.7.

I'm using stand-alone LR6 and apart from being excruciatingly slow (but so was LR5) on my 2011 MBP, everything works, including Map features/GPS coordinates.

Stil interesting why LR 5.7 works on the same systeem and LR 6 does not???

Henk,

Works fine for me too, LR6, Windows 7.
Did you try to create a new catalog in LR6, importing a few images and give it a test ?
From what you describe I would first  think that your LR5.7 catalog got somehow corrupted when importing to LR6.

Henk, what do you mean that "Maps" are offline?  Is it possible that you've simply accidentally hidden the "Maps" module.

Finally had the courage to un-install LR6 and install it again. Everything works fine now!! Probably one bit fell over while installing and caused the problem. Thanks for all the suggestions.
