Using StudioPrint 14.1.2 with Windows 7 on an Epson 9900 with new Spectroproofer.
Device is connected and available in dropdown menu. We have printed our swatches and when we go to do the measurement we get an error of "Device not supported in this mode."

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
