Some strange hues of yellow and blue, to me it kills the image.

It looks like an old photo or slide from the 60's or 70's where some of the dyes have faded.

Sort that & you'll have a nice image.

+1 to what has been said. Also, there appears to be a harsh halo on the left side ridge line.
