Title: Failing import in LR cc

Today I downloaded LR cc with my CC subscription to upgrade LR5. The database was converted and fully accessible. I tried to import some JPGs from my coolpix s5200 p&s directly from my MBP sd card reader. The icons show up but importing fails with a message "the following files were not imported because they could not be read".

I'm puzzled since they import fine in LR5 and can be opened in any other application directly from the SD card. The import works in cc if I copy the files to the HD first.

Any clues what could prevent LR cc from reading the SD card properly?

No clue. My sd card works the same in CC6 as it did in cc5.
