Z3100 has been sitting non used for several years but always plugged in and turned on. Currently has the following error message displayed on front panel:
"08:11
Restart the printer. If the problem persists call support."
Printer includes 10 unopened ink cartridges with 2011 - 2012 expiration dates + whatever ink is in the printer itself.
Printer is located in basement located in Brooklyn NY 11230.
Must bring sufficient manpower to remove printer (I can't help).
