Exactly what the title says, aspens after a Spring storm...

Nice, like it.
;D
The only critique I have is the huge visible signature right in the middle of the lower part of the image. Draws a lot of the attention to the eye.

I understand, but you'll have to deal with it. Have a few images pirated by overseas image thieves and you'll understand my point of view.

Very fresh and green.

Love this one! Great layers and those spring leaves pop nicely, especially after a storm. Just fantastic!

Thanks Bret. That means a lot coming from you.

I love those green leaves and with the darker background, those trees look fantastic. I'd like to them printed big.
Congrats and thanks for sharing.

Lovely! And I think your processing could not possibly be improved.

I love trees, but perhaps none more than aspens. They are simply beautiful in every season. I am also fascinated by their life and history. It is possible that aspen groves in Colorado and Utah are the oldest living things on earth. An aspen grove may actually be all the same tree, sharing a common root system. They can be destroyed above ground, for example by fire, and regrow very quickly from the common root system.
You have captured the spring aspen. Beautiful.
