Title: Content aware fill problem

Until recently, the Content aware fill feature has functioned well.  Now it does not seem to work as well.  The fill has poor edges and smudges in some areas that used to fill much better.

Are there some settings that may have changed?  Where are the setting that control how this function operates?  if adjustable, what would the settings look like?
