A Tri-Color Heron on the Move

I like the three leaves set aloft by the bird's flight. Was the heron startled by something, or just in a hurry?

I don't know what set him off. Could have been my presence but in general, I'm pretty stealthy. Whatever, I was quite surprised to isolate him from all the foliage.
