Title: Interview with CEO of Sigma

There is an interesting interview published on DPReview of the CEO of Sigma about their lenses and which directions they are going and not surprising some discussion of their cameras and that the camera line does make any money.....but they have their reasons to continue the cameras.

I like it that he states that Sigma's Art 1.4 24mm is the best 24mm 1.4. I am sure he is right, but i think not in every aspect.
( for once there was no Otus around)

But than the dpreview boys did not do the lens justice. The samples they took did not show that at all.
I am on a nikkor 1,4 24mm and i realize these wide angles are not easy to grasp.
They often have a very complex  rendering/field of sharpness  that changes a lot with only slight changes in aperture and/or focus distance.
At d8-11 they usually come to rest...
