This was a pleasant surprise -- a segment devoted to B&W.
Note that many of us have used the Yahoo groups/forums in the past, particularly
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint/conversations/messages and
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/QuadtoneRIP/conversations/messages .
Sadly, their search functions have been seriously compromise during the last year or so. I hope LuLa's does a better job.
I hope this works out.

Yes indeed. Thanks to Ernst for suggesting this, and to Chris for establishing it so quickly.

Major thumbs up!! I'm looking forward to the discussion.

Great idea - thanks Chris and Ernst!!!

This is terrific! Glad to see the B&W love.
I much prefer the forum software here at LuLa than the Yahoo list server groups (software which I've long found to be rather kludgy).

The Yahoo groups are nice because the go back so many years, but searching them can be aggravating, and it means dealing with yahoo (which is aggravating in itself...).
I also love that I now don't need to parse through all the posts on color printing (and printing on canvas) in the other lulu printing forum. Ernst, thanks for getting this snowball rolling.

Well done, a nice idea having a B&W section.
Could it be a sign of the times? Just as film was dead, but now it isn't, B&W got thrown out of the photographic equation. I've even heard photographers say 'why would you....' regarding B&W. So either boredom has set in or somehow or other the language of photography has reversed back out of the cul-de-sac of simplistic delight in bright saturated colours and is once again on the road forward ;)

Paul:
Nice to see you posting in this forum. I agree this is a welcomed category. I am still having great success using your UT-14 and carbon-6 processes in my Epson 1400. I greatly appreciate all you do.
