I'm confused as to what this actually comes with.  The link shows it with "optional equipment".  What in the photo is optional?  The stand only or the whole knuckle assembly?

This the correct link, my apologies. Its the bracket, 1/4 20 adapter and a 1/4 20 5/8 stud.
