Has anybody tried this paper?

Doesn't it should like a contradiction in terms: canvas metallic

Here's what Hahnemuhle says about it Hahnemuhle Canvas Metallic has a glossy surface that's slightly textured with a silver metallic glimmer. The silver metallic finish of this unique canvas media makes images pop with a wide color gamut and high print resolution.

Yes, I have tried it as well as the Breathing Color version. The BC version is more intense than the H version and would not profile on my Z3100 but the H product profiled properly. Your images will definitely pop on these canvases.
