Title: Optimal setting on a Epson 9890 (Auto cleaning etc)

Just set up a new 9890. After just 3 small prints ever, 3 5x16" and an 8x10, it went into a cleaning cycle. Can't imagine it was dirty so quickly. And a long cleaning cycle at that.

I can't seen to find it but some posted preferred settings to waste less ink, i.e. Auto Nozzle checks, auto head cleaning etc...

What are ther best settings I should use to optimize my printer and ink usage...

Hi Disneytoy, on the console you can go to
Printer Setup
Autonozzle check and turn that off.
We run nozzle checks every few days.
