hi, I tried to follow this ( http://www.phaseone.com/Search/Article.aspx?articleid=1167&LanguageID=1 ) from phase one so I can upgrade to C8 but found this very stressful and also didn't see the actual places they were pointing me to on my computer ( 2010 Mac Pro ). I am running Mac 10.9.5 and it asks you to go into the Terminal commands which I was told never to do and I don't even know how to do it. Is there some sort of "un-install C1 Pro " app or command or something easier?

Trying to find some of this stuff (plist files and such) can be a pain in the ass.
I found this little app just the other day. It helps to find files that spotlight won't.

It's free. It works very well. You can delete and move files from within the app.
