Title: Workaround for Lightroom tethered capture & Nikon live view?

Anyone know of a workaround to get Live View capability on a Nikon (in this case a D800E) while tethered to Lightroom for capture and review?

Sofortbild will also as well (free or maybe donationware now). I use it when hot foldering into LR (which sucks using in direct tether mode) with D800e and 3s.
